Hello Tran,

We had a wonderful time during our 3 day visit to Cambodia, in large part due to Kun. He is very knowledgeable, patient, and flexible, and has an excellent command of spoken and written English.

I knew that the packaged tours would not work for my family, because I planned to spend most of the 3 days thoroughly visiting every temple I could manage, while my wife and daughter had different priorities. They wished to see a few temples for a few hours, and then spend time seeing other cultural sites and shopping. Each day we developed a plan where my family would spend some time with me at the temples, and then Kun would take them other places while providing me walking directions to various nearby temples. Kun picked me up late in the day, after I had seen everything I could fit in. So I got my fill of temples while my family got the mix of different experiences they wanted.

I highly recommend Kun for your travels and sightseeing in Cambodia!

Hi Tran,

I am pleased to tell you that I enjoyed the trip very much. I was very pleased with how smoothly everything went. It actually worked out very well having local guides at each destination instead of having one ‘national’ guide for the entire time. Upon arrival at each place the local guide was there to take care of all details.

Courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. Mr Buthon’s special knowledge of language and sites made our trip unique. always knew how to make a special shot of a location. Amazing intro to Cambodia—we saw a lot and learned a lot—everyone tried hard to make sure we were happy.
I loved Stung Treng!! Wish I had stayed there longer. . . . . It was a great experience because of the remote location and the unspoiled atmosphere of it. I made my way on to Sen Monorom . This was a great place. I loved the waterfalls around Sen Monorom. Bou Sra waterfall was really spectacular. We hiked to the bottom of the lower falls, having to hold on to bamboo it was so steep and slippery!! Thanks again for arranging all of this. I am sure I will be in touch again!!

Dear Ms Huong,

We have felt very well taken care of both by the guide (Tek) and driver (Serey). We would recommend Khiri to others planning their travel to Cambodia. The guide’s command of English was very good and his experience during the war period was an added dimension to our trip.

Hi Tran,

Thank you so much for well done.

The tour was very well organised – our guide in Phnom Pen (Buthon) and her driver were both excellent and we learnt alot about this beautiful city. We would have loved to stay longer. Kate was lovely and really helped us understand the city and the people, as well as the history. Our only comment was that the hotel was a little ‘boring’ . But it was clean and safe. We loved our time in Sieam Reap.
Our tour in Siem Reap and Phnm Penh were good. Our Driver was EXCELLENT and we wanted to mention how good he was. He was helpful, friendly and thoughtful. He offered to drive us to dinner, he recommended a great restaurant and he was extremely friendly. He would make a great tour guide!

We would certainly recommend your company to our friends and family.

Hi Huong,

Just want to let you know that we enjoyed our tour in Siem Reap very much, our guide and Net, the driver, met us at the airport with a large sign. We appreciated that. The City Angkor Hotel was excellent: friendly staff, good service, polite waiters, good food. We only wish they had softer pillows!

Tour guide and driver were on time every day and made sure we saw all the sites. Sat also recommended places to eat and even met us at a restaurant our first evening to help us understand the dancing. We would have appreciated a drive around Siem Reap itself, with important spots pointed out on the first day. This was not included in the stated tour but we suggest that it be added. We would have appreciated some orientation to the streets, where good restaurants were located, the Central Market, Old Market etc. This would have made going out in a tuk-tuk in a strange place more comfortable. We also think the hotel should have pointed out that there was a market just across the street- very interesting for tourists such as ourselves.
Thanks again for a wonderful introduction to Cambodia-its people, antiquities, and lifestyle.

Dear …

How are you? we just arrives home safety and want to say big thanks tou you,.

Our trip to Cambodia was fabulous. We stayed in the Raffles Hotels in Phnom Penh and Siem Reap. The service was truly world class. The highlight of the trip was Angkor Wat. Throughout the trip, we enjoyed the highly professional, courteous, and informative services of our drivers and guides. We appreciated the guides’ willingness to personalize our tours. Our guide in Siem Reap, Mr. Rith, was an excellent guide. His knowledge of the ruins, religion, and ancient Khmer history was astounding. I would highly recommend this trip to anyone interested in visiting Cambodia.

Best Regard,

Dear Tran,

We would highly reccomend you for tours, guides were well informed and informative let us have enough time at each location and felt very comfortable in their presence made us feel most welcome .Special mention for the tour guide in Siem Reap she really was first class and made the trip extremely memorable and moving with her first hand knowledge of the traumatic times in Cambodia.

Hotels were great and the room in Phnom Penh wow thanks for the class we had booked i really was astounded. I know this all sounds a little corny but it’s true!!Just like to say a big thank you really made the whole experience unforgettable.

We are back for working today and just want to say thanks for all. We were extremely delighted with all our tour arrangements in Siem Reap. Our tour guide was outstanding. He ensured our comfort, was extrely knowledgeable and we very much enjoyed his company. The driver made us feel very safe and comfortable and our hotel accommodation was of a very high standard. To us it was memorable holiday.

Hi Tony,

Over the years, we’ve booked travel and tours with Mr. Tony at Victoria Nam Chau Travel numerous times for trips to Vietnam, Cambodia and Myanmar. We’ve come to expect good advice and reasonable pricing whether it is for a flight or train between cities, hotel reservations, local city tours and overnight excursions.

We wouldn’t hesitate for a second to book with them again.

Best regards,

Thank you, Tran,

Everything was terrific on both trips. On the first trip, we enjoyed everything and the guides, buses, etc all were fine. Saigon Star was good – Chancery is better but as it wasn’t available Saigon Star was fine. In Phnom Penh we had gifts at our hotel and the children were delighted. I can highly recommend the Cardamon – it was terrific in PP.

All in all, a great trip.

With regard to Tim and my trip – it couldn’t have been better. We had a really wonderful time and there was nothing at all I could complain about. The absolute best tour guide I have had was the young man in Hue and Hoi An called Tu – although I think he has another name as well. He was terrific and a wonderful young man.

We loved central Vietnam and Hue and Hoi An in particular
I am already planning our next trip and want to go to Sapa and back to Hoi An – might not be til next year but I will be in touch with you then.

Thank you for all you did – I will recommend you highly to anyone travelling to Vietnam and Cambodia.

With kindest regards.

Hi Tony,

I hope you are doing well. We have arrived back home safe and sound. Just a little jet lagged. We did have some excitement on our way home in that we were at the airport in Tokyo when the earthquake struck. It was 7.3 and you probably have heard about it on the news. We were sitting at the gate waiting to board our flight when the whole building started shaking. Very scary but no damage. I have so much to do now that I am home. Christmas is around the corner and I have to start to plan for packing for my trip to France. I leave on Jan. 3rd. When I am in France I will have lots of time to organize my pictures. I usually do an album online in something called Picassa. When I have it done I will send you the link and then you can see our pictures. I will miss our talking. I want to say that you did an amazing job coordinating this trip for us and I am so glad we decided to do it the way we did. It was perfect and I will recommend you to everyone I speak to.Take care and stay in touch. You never know you might come to Canada one day or I might come back to Vietnam.

Big hug back to you.
